Rabie

“I’m happy to stay here”

Rabie will soon be responsible for operating the machines and checking the end products for a year. He used to work as a traffic engineer and before that he worked on motor houses.

He then worked his way into the plastics industry independently and explained how important it is to check the regranulate.

“It is important that there are no gas bubbles in it. Then the product must be vacuum sealed. The machine, the extruder must not run too hot, each material, whether PP or PE, must be produced and checked individually.”

In addition to the work that he enjoys and that he can imagine doing for many years to come, the atmosphere among his colleagues is important to Rabie.

“We have fun and if there are differences of opinion, we still come to the same conclusion in the end and that’s important.”

Thank you Rabie!
