On International Women’s Day this year, our female colleagues were once again honored with an appreciative gesture from the management. In addition to champagne from the Managing Director, this time the gentlemen were allowed to hand out roses to the ladies in our company 😉.
GIP Managing Director Ms. Könneker found the right words when she emphasized that it is not always easy for women to reconcile work, family and personal life and that sometimes they even have to work twice as hard. Nevertheless, at the end of the day, the struggle is worth it, because all female colleagues contribute to a strong corporate culture with their individuality, which can be seen in the number of women working for General Industries.
We would like to thank all those who have stood up for women’s rights in the past and continue to do so today and celebrate together with our female colleagues, who all form a strong “female team” in our company in their various areas of responsibility.
